Aghanloo WI committee elected

As this was our AGM Lindy Scott was introduced to declare all offices vacant and the election of a new committee took place. Tellers were Anne Hunter and Anne Gordon. Business went ahead and all reports were read and approved. Contributors to Limavady Agricultural Show were congratulated on yet again winning The Kelly Cup!

Anne Martin was congratulated on the success of her grand daughter Sally Brown’s success at the Paralympics. Some new grannies were also congratulated.

The new committee was announced and Elizabeth Scott was elected again as President.

A delicious ‘Healthy Supper’ was served and the visitors were thanked and presented with gifts.

Full attendance prizes were also presented and Elaine Heaney was the competition winner for the year. The meeting closed with singing A Country Womans Song.
