Melissa qualified for the grand final at Belfast’s Europa Hotel by winning the Miss Horatio Todd’s title during the heats of the competition earlier this year.

She was congratulated on her success by awards presenters Marc Mallet of UTV and former Miss Northern Ireland Zoe Salmon.

The overall Miss NI 2015 title was won by 19-year-old Ulster University student Leanne McDowell, who is originally from Cookstown but now lives in Newtownabbey.
