‘Ballyclare TUV voters have been let down’

As a UKIPPER who voted TUV at the last Westminster and local council elections, I am amazed by the defection of Cllr David Arthurs to the Ulster Unionist Party.

This is an objectionable move and it has surely disenfranchised the Ballyclare electors who voted TUV.

Where is the principle in going to a party that has a leader who, in my opinion, cannot lead in both the Assembly vote on same-sex marriage and on the matter of the very appropriate rendition of the national anthem at the Stormont service of remembrance?

Cllr Arthurs was elected to represent traditional unionism in Ballyclare, something which the UUP is weakening on big time, so how can such be regarded as credible?
