Committee approves new housing development in Ballycraigy
A proposal for the construction of 87 new homes at Ballycraigy Road, near Ballyhenry has been granted planning permission.
The development will consist of 33 detached houses, 42 semi-detached dwellings and 12 apartments on a three hectare site adjacent to the A8(M) between Corr’s Corner and Sandyknowes.
The application, lodged by Glenoak Ltd, was approved by the council’s Planning Committee on Monday night (November 16).
