Decision deferred on Mallusk housing plan
A decision on a planning application for the construction of nine houses and six apartments on a site at Mallusk Road/Trench Lane has been deferred.
A refusal recommendation was brought to January’s meeting of the council’s Planning and Consultation Committee. However, the planning officer agreed to a request from DUP Cllr Tim Girvan that the item be deferred for an office meeting.
