Demonstration for Islandmagee ladies
The ladies of Islandmagee North WI were welcomed to their December meeting and Christmas party by Anne Chin.
Entertainment was provided by Julie Ann, from Inver Garden Centre, who demonstrated how to make Christmas floral arrangements which were later donated to the ballot.
This was followed by a delicious supper. There was a visit by Santa with gifts for all. The winners of the competition (a Christmas tea towel) were Anne McDowell and Anne Carson. The ballot winners were Marion McNeill, Shirley Sinclair and Wendy Wheeler.
The evening was concluded with singing of carols and “Auld Lang Syne”.
