Gleno ladies put through their paces

The ladies enjoyed fun and games to get them into the festive mood.

Thanks has been extended to Pamela Crooks and Valerie Moore for organising the games.

January’s meeting was based on the theme of “New Year New Body”.

The ladies welcomed Phil, from The Fit Factory, Larne, who put them through their paces with a Pilates style workout.

The members enjoyed lots of laughs followed by a well-deserved tasty supper.

The winner of the ballot was Stephanie Weatherup. The winners of the healthy recipe competition were: first, Yvonne Howie; second, Tracey McIlwaine.
