At Ballygally, the course continues to Cairncastle before returning to Coast Road and finishing at the leisure centre via the promenade.

Participants can run the whole 13 miles or team up with friends and run a relay race of five miles or three miles or even just walk or do a fun run.

Anya Liotti, from Action on Hearing Loss says, “This is a great way for people to push themselves and their fitness levels whilst raising money and awareness for a great cause which helps thousands of people with hearing loss across Northern Ireland. Hearing loss affects 1 in 6 of us, and so by raising awareness about our services and how to protect your hearing, we will all be helping some we know”.
