Is it the flowers which are causing a stink?
AS a dog owner I fully agree with Disgusted Ratepayer’s opinions on dog fouling and nuisance.
With regard to Moira, I too have come across an unsavoury odour in the main street, but also in other towns.
However I think it came from the colourful flower displays and may be due to the prevalence of petunias! Please could the Council leave out whichever are the offending blooms or drastically reduce their use.
We have a picturesque village with a good selection of shops, places to eat and places to walk and with the improved parking we extend a warm welcome to visitors.
