‘No reduction to EasiBus service in Fernagh and Rushpark’

Following uncertainty around the continued viability of the service, Mr Dodds lobbied Translink to maintain the full timetable in the Fernagh and Rushpark areas.

“I highlighted to Translink the vital role the current transport provision plays and expressed concerns at the impact any reduction to the timetable would have,” the DUP man said.

“I am delighted this service will remain in full operation, ensuring vital links for residents remain in place.

“I would like to thank Translink for their help on this issue and allowing common sense to prevail,” he added.
