Reading at an early age has been encouraged with a pyjama day at Carrick’s Kilroot Playgroup
To celebrate World Book Day, each child brought a book and a cuddly toy to playgroup.
Playgroup leader Lynn Mahood said:“Even at this early stage of a child’s education, the importance of books and reading is essential in personal development for the individual.”
