Planners approve Ballyclare housing scheme
Planning Service has recommended approval of an application from Ballyvesey Holdings Ltd for a residential and commercial development in Ballyclare.
The project could see the development of vacant land north east of Hillhead Road to provide housing on 70 per cent of the site, alongside an area of employment/industry.
The approval recommendation was passed by councillors at their monthly meeting on July 7 without debate.
