Police probe theft from local church
Police investigating a burglary at a church in the Abbots Cross area at the weekend have appealed for witnesses to come forward.
Sometime between 7.30pm on Saturday, March 1 and 9.45am on Sunday, March 2 thieves entered Abbots Cross Presbyterian Church on the Doagh Road and stole a camcorder and a projecter.
Investigating officers have appealed for anyone with information about the incident to contact them at Newtownabbey Station on 0845 600 8000 or to call the Crimestoppers charity.
