Prayer Room was Christmas at its best

I WANTED to write in to express my deep appreciation for the churches in Lisburn who provided the ‘Prayer Room’ in Bow Street over the Christmas period.

This gave a quiet space for prayer, meditation of just to get a free cup of tea and coffee and a break from shopping.

Areas were divided off for privacy with visual aids for reflection and inspiration.

I used this facility several times over the course of the two weeks it was available and was profoundly grateful for the warmth of welcome and generosity of those who were there to greet and pray for people.

Thank you again to those who organised this, participated in it and to Lisburn City Centre Management who made it available. This was Christmas at its best. I hope it will be a regular feature each year.
