Repairs planned for listed building in Largy
PLANNING permission is being sought to carry out work on a well-known, historical listed building in the Largy, an area between Limavady and Dungiven.
Plans for the refurbishment of the facade of the Largy Old School and attached school house at 130 Drumrane Road have been submitted with Northern Ireland’s Planning Service.
The proposed works include the refurbishment of the external walls, replacement of the existing chimneys, preparation work for a new roof, repair and replace pipework and guttering, some paint work, new windows and some damp proofing.
