Staff thanked for street clean-up
Cllr Phillip Brett has thanked staff from the council’s environmental services department for their swift response to complaints about dog mess in the Burney’s Lane area of Glengormley.
The DUP man said that he and Cllr Thomas Hogg had received a number of complaints from residents about the problem.
Speaking during February’s Environment Committee meeting, Cllr Brett thanked the council’s director of environment services, Hugh Kelly, and his staff for their quick response in having the mess cleaned up.
