Thanks for 2015 support
Last year, the people of Newtownabbey donated £85,542 to help us tackle hunger, poverty and injustice in some of the toughest places of the world.
Every day, more than 3,000 Concern staff are on the ground working hard to transform lives. However, that is only possible with your support - you make it happen. And last year alone, because of your generosity, we reached more people than ever – seven million people across 27 of the world’s poorest countries. Over the past 12 months we have achieved an extraordinary amount - responding to emergencies in South Sudan, Pakistan, Nepal and Syria, while our nutrition, health, education and livelihoods programmes continue to deliver real transformative change for many vulnerable people.
None of this would happen without your help.

Can I take this opportunity to wish all the readers of the Newtownabbey Times the very best for 2016.
