Thanks to those who found cat

WE want to thank everyone, family, friends and neighbours, who helped us to look for Honey our pet cat.

She went missing on Thursday evening, February 10 and didn’t return. We asked everyone nearby to check their garages and sheds.

We got a phone call from someone in the Mandeville area on Sunday evening to check a garage near them as their own cat got in and couldn’t get out because of the height inside.

Thank God Honey was also inside under boxes and rubble, frightened and hungry. She is now doing well.

Don’t give up if you lose a pet, they could be trapped somewhere.

A big ‘thank you’ to the couple who helped us to find Honey and also to www.petfindbangor.co.uk who advertised on their website for lost animals.

• LAST week we featured an appeal from a disabled pensioner searching for a home for stray cat, Molly. the cat has now found a lovely new home with a couple who are pensioners who are delighted with their new arrival.
