Local woman Kerry Lockhart (29) organised the event in memory of her daughter, Abbie, who was stillborn on March 27 last year.

The walk raised hundreds of pounds for Sands - the stillbirth and neonatal death charity - and awareness of its vital work.

Sponsorship money is still being collected, so the final total raised won’t be known until next month.
