Warm welcome for overseas students
Overseas students attending the University of Ulster, Jordanstown were welcomed to Mossley Mill recently for a civic reception held in their honour.
Welcoming the students to the event, Mayor Fraser Agnew commented: “I would like to extend a warm welcome to our overseas students. It is fantastic that students from so many countries come to Jordanstown to study, adding to the wide variety of cultures we have living in our borough.
“I would like to wish you all good luck with your studies. I hope you are enjoying your experience at the university and that you take home happy memories of your time in Northern Ireland.”
