Where will it end?

I READ with interest the article in last week’s Star about the Parades Commission to rule on the 12th Demonstration in Crumlin, also the input by resident Joanne Smyth stating that the whole village and community will be closed down for the day.

This takes me back to many years ago when the people of certain areas of Belfast used to say that they were prisoners in their own homes on days like this and could not get out for bread or milk but still managed to get out and protest.

I would like to know if this person is a long standing resident of Crumlin or someone who moves into a town and then jumps on her soap box to get a long standing march stopped?

If this one is rerouted or stopped where will it all end, the next one will be the Glenavy residents campaigning also.

So I say let the parade go ahead, get your bread and milk early then the people (80%) that this lady talks about who do not want this parade can rest content for the day.
