There was a ‘Grand Parade’ of all the figures from literature along a catwalk and prizes awarded.

Among the highlights was a huge Where’s Wally? team and Cruella de Ville (aka Mrs Joanne Irwin) rounding up puppies all day long.

Literacy co-ordinator Mrs Emma I’Anson said it was great to see the children having so much fun while they were learning.
