Last week’s front page story regarding the introduction of pay and display at Castle Lane provoked reaction.

My blue badge allows me to park in the disabled bays outside Iceland. Now it seems that I have to walk half way across the car park to pay and back again. The reason disabled bays are close to the shops is because we can’t walk far.
