Ordered not to travel in the front seat of any private vehicle

Caolain Thompson, whose address was given as Beaumont Square, Lurgan, appeared last Friday at a preliminary enquiry at Craigavon courthouse.

The charge against him alleges that on July 11 last year he caused grievous bodily harm to a male by dangerous driving at Edward Street in Lurgan.

Thompson was remanded on his own bail of £500 to appear for arraignment at Craigavon Crown Court on January 12 next year.

A condition of his bail is that he is not to travel in the front of any private vehicle.
