AN application has been lodged to transform a men’s clothing store in Londonderry city centre into an orthodontist practice.
QD Properties Limited have applied to transform Cooper’s Menswear, Unit 5 at Timber Quay, into a dental practice.
The plans are for a change of use of Unit 5, 100 Strand Road, from retail use class A1 to D1 orthodontist practice.
