Outdoor spin event for Marie Curie

The club has arranged three classes running at 5.15pm, 6pm and 6.45pm.

This special event is open to every-one of all levels of fitness and getting involved is easy, you simply book your bike then turn up and cycle to music guided by the expert instructors at Fitness First. Each session lasts only 45 minutes and is priced at £5 per class.

Event Organiser, Judith McGirr of Fitness First, encourages everyone to get involved saying: “Marie Curie Cancer Care is a fantastic charity and we are hoping for a great turn out to raise funds to support them with their cause.

“This exciting event is open for all in the local community and we would love to see everyone getting involved and bring along their family and friends to join us for lots of fun and exercise.
