Outreach Mission

Every year a special outreach mission is held by Hebron Free presbyterian Church.

It is the desire of pastor and people to reach out to the local community with the message of God’s salvation so that they might find Jesus Christ as Saviour and know their sins forgiven.

The Mission this year commences this Sunday 9th September at 7.00pm, and Rev. Trevor Baxter, minister of Ballynahinch Free Presbyterian Church, will be the guest evangelist.

Rev. Baxter, formerly minister in Dungannon, came to pastor the church in Ballynahinch in January 1998 where he has served as a faithful ambassador for Christ.

He is a gifted evangelist and gospel preacher, well-beloved by his congregation. It is an honour to have him along to preach the Gospel in Ballymoney during this two-week Mission. Like many Ulster people, he possesses a great sense of humour, which is often manifested in his preaching, but that never detracts from his solemn application of Biblical truth as he pleads with his audiences to be reconciled to God.

The Hebron congregation would like to extend to the people of Ballymoney and district a hearty invitation to join them at the Mission services. ‘We trust that many from our local community will attend the Gospel Mission; they will be made most welcome’ says Rev. Park, minister of the Church.
