Over ten four bedroom houses in North West to go under hammer for less than €105,000

Over ten four bedroom houses in the North West will go under the hammer with reserves of less than €105,000 on Thursday.

Houses and apartments in Burnfoot, Carrigans, Buncrana, Carndonagh, Convoy and Letterkenny, are among the lots being sold by Allsop Ireland.

Nearest Derry, a four bedroom semi-detached house in Grianán Park, Burnfoot, will start with a reserve ranging from €70,000 to €80,000.

Immediately to the south west of the city, meanwhile, a four bedroom house in Foyle View Manor in Carrigans starts from €95,000 to €105,000.

A bit further away a four bedroom semi-detached house on Mulberry Avenue Buncrana ranges from €75,000 to €85,000.

Seven four bedroom houses in the Woodland Development in Carndonagh are also being offered together for between €345,000 and €355,000.

A similar property in Hazelwood Drive, Letterkenny is on offer with a reserve of between €85,000 and €95,000.

Cheaper options include a semi detached three bedroom house in Beechwood Park, Convoy, which will be offered with vacant possession with a range between €30,000 and €40,000. A pair of two bedroom flats at in the Sunnyside Apartments block on the Port Road in Letterkenny meanwhile will be offered together for between €60,000 and €70,000.
