Over the limit man on the hard shoulder
After he had been out drinking the night before a 21-year-old man was called into work and he was seen driving on the hard shoulder and crossing the white lines on the motorway.
Matthew McCormick, Eagralougher Road, Loughgall, was banned from driving for 18 months last Friday at Craigavon Magistrates Court.
He was also fined £200 and ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy for dangerous driving on June 6 this year.
As well McCormick was fined £150 and banned for 12 months for driving with excess alcohol in his breath.
