Owner fined for letting dog stray
A Newtownabbey dog owner has been fined for letting his dog stray in Belfast.
Philip Webb, of Dermont Way, Mallusk was fined £100 for allowing his dog to stray in the Belmont Road area on November 30 last year.
He was also ordered to pay £66 court costs in respect of the prosecution brought by Belfast City Council.
