Paint attack racist, say police

POLICE in Ballymoney are treating a paint attack on a property in the Main Street area as racist.

They are appealing for information after a report of criminal damage.

Some time between 11pm on Tuesday, 29th May and 6am on Wednesday, 30th May, it was reported that paint was thrown over an external staircase of a flat.

It is also believed that another premises received paint damage to the driveway and walls. Enquiries are continuing.
