Pair threatened as car is hijacked

A man and woman were threatened while sitting in the vehicle on Orpen Road at about 00:45 GMT on Thursday when a man approached them.

He got into the car and drove away. The blue Citroen C3 was found at Glenwood Green in Poleglass a short time later.

The hijacker was described as being in his 40s, 5ft 10ins tall and of medium build. He was wearing a red and white checked shirt and blue jeans.

The man and woman whose car was stolen were not injured.
