Paolo’s Pizzas Ltd. final meeting called
The final meeting of the members and creditors of Paolo’s Pizzas Ltd. will take place on February 25, in Belfast.
A notice, which has been published in the Belfast Gazette said: “Creditors wishing to vote at that meeting must (unless they are individual members attending in person) lodge their proxies at the offices of James B Kennedy and Co, Chartered Accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, 22 Lower Windsor Avenue, Belfast, BT9 7DW, no later than noon on Tuesday, February 24, 2015.”
