Meanwhile, the PSNI in the Foyle area say that motorists in Londonderry may face some inconvenience during parades in the city on Saturday.

“Parades will take place prior to the departure of bands and lodges to the Orange Order County Demonstration in Limavady and upon their return,” a spokesman said.

He confirmed that the city lodges would parade between Clooney Terrace and Bishop Street between 8.30am and 9.30am and on their return from Limavady, there would be a similar parade between about 6pm and 7pm.

“The parade should take no longer than five minutes to pass any given point,” he said.
