The Dean would greatly welcome all donations of items for auction which may be left in the Cathedral. Any large item, like a piece of furniture, can instead be photographed and the picture displayed at the auction. The Dean extends a warm invitation to all who would like to come along.

Meanwhile, a special Exhibition on the lives and works of Archbishop William and Mrs Cecil Frances Alexander will be held in The Chapter House of St Columb’s Cathedral from today Wednesday, September 7, 9.30-4.30 Monday-Saturday. The Archbishop will be 100 years dead next Monday, 12 September.
