Patient & Client Road Show for Ballymena

THE Patient and Client Council is inviting everyone with an interest in health and social care to come along to its Ballymena road show to express their opinion on local health services.

The road show will take place on June 17 at the Braid, Ballymena Town Hall Museum and Arts Centre.

Hosted by well-known broadcaster and health campaigner Lynda Bryans, the road show will provide service users in the Northern area with an opportunity to express their views and ensure that they play a part in the planning, commissioning and delivery of health and social care services in their area.

The Patient and Client Council is an independent organisation which represents the interests of the public in relation to health and social care services,

Maeve Hully, Chief Executive of the Patient and Client Council, said: “We provide a powerful, independent voice for patients, clients, carers, and communities on health and social care issues.

“This road show will give the public an opportunity to tell key decision makers about their experiences and present their views on health and social care services.

“We listen and act on peoples’ views. This is your chance to get involved and have your say on how you think health and social care services should be delivered in your area.”
