Pedestrian dies in Garvagh
A man has died following a collision in Garvagh this morning (Thursday).
Inspector Donna Bowden said: “The pedestrian, believed to be 20 years old, was involved in a collision with a Volkswagen Caddy van at around 7.40am.
“We are asking any witnesses to the collision to get in touch with police. The number to call is 101.”
East Londonderry MLA Adrian McQuillan has sent his sympathies to the man’s family.
