Farmer and auctioneer Richard Beattie, who farms a variety of animals on his farm in Gortin, Co. Tyrone. Richard has recently introduced deer into his farm to rear for venison.

Richard Orr runs Meadow Farm near Downpatrick, Co. Down. The family have been working the land for three generations and while the farm started with livestock, Richard now grows potatoes and cereals like oats for porridge.

Stephen Gibson runs Hollowbridge Farm dairy farm and ice cream business in Hillsborough with his parents, wife Amanda, and two children.

Tree farmer Tony Johnston runs NI Farm Forestry, the largest growers and retailers of Christmas trees in Northern Ireland.
