The fridge will open on Friday from 10.30am-12.30pm at the Old School House, Victoria Street.
A spokesperson said: “This is an initiative to help with food waste AND to get food to those who desperately need it. With cost of living increases and now no school holiday food grant, we want families to get all the support they can.”
