Community Response Network moving to 'request only' basis

The Factory Community Response Network will be operating on a 'request only' basis from next Monday (June 8).

"This means that if you need any assistance, you will have to contact us directly, or have someone contact us on your behalf," a statement from the Forum read.

"We are still happy to take referrals from neighbours, family members etc."

The Community Response Network's new days and hours of operation will be: Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 12 noon to 4pm.

"If you need to contact us outside of these hours, then please leave us a message and we will respond to you on our next day of operation.
