Coronavirus: Ballyclare restaurant reopening after deep clean

Management at the Springvale Road eatery took to social media yesterday (Sunday) to confirm a member of staff received a positive Covid-19 diagnosis.
Commenting on Facebook, a spokesperson said: “We regret to inform you that as of this morning, one staff member has received a positive test for Covid-19.

Hide Ad“We must ensure the safety of all staff and patrons, so as a necessary precaution we will impose an immediate closure, coordinate testing for all our staff, as well as professional fumigation and a deep clean of the premises.”
Providing an update this afternoon, the spokesperson added: “Our premises have now been fully sanatised and disaffected.
“Thank you to each and every one of our customers for all your support and well wishes!
“We are pleased to announce that we will be reopening on Wednesday, October 7 at noon! We look forward to seeing you all then.”
