Coronavirus: Doagh pub closed after staff member tests positive

McConnells Bar in Doagh is closed today and tomorrow after a member of staff tested positive for Covid-19.

Management at the Main Street venue took to social media yesterday (Sunday) to highlight the issue.

Posting on Facebook, a spokesperson said: “It has come to our attention that a staff member has tested positive for Covid-19.

“The bar will be closed Monday and Tuesday in order for our other staff to get tested and a deep clean to be carried out.

“All relevant information has been passed onto the Public Health Agency regarding Track and Trace. See you all soon.”
