Both sets of supporters will be visiting his grave on Thursday evening to lay wreaths and pay their respects.

Meanwhile, a Larne FC supporter visited the Gardiner family grave at Larne New Cemetery earlier this month and removed weeds from the plot and cleaned the site ahead of the tribute event.
