Glenarm schoolgirl Molly bound for Dance World Cup in Dublin
A Glenarm schoolgirl is bound for the Dance World Cup in Dublin after celebrating success in the Northern Ireland qualifier.
Molly Moran has been dancing since the age of two, initially as an Irish dancer, and has been a pupil at Ballymena Dance Academy since she was five.
A former pupil of Seaview Primary School, Molly earned her spot in the World Cup competition earlier this year after auditioning online with her dance school.
She auditioned for four group dances, all of which qualified, as well as a ballet trio with two other dancers Freya and Emily that qualified first in Northern Ireland.

The 12-year-old will be competing against dancers from all over the world in ballet, modern and jazz during the Dublin contest, which will run from July 8-18.
She has been sponsored by Moran’s restaurant and Sydney B Scott’s fruit and veg to help with the costs of the trip.
