Group raises £2.5k during Zoom quiz for NSPCC
and on Freeview 262 or Freely 565
Despite Lockdown the group wanted to continue their fundraising and hosted the quiz via Zoom last month.
Mary Collen Chair of the branch said: “Quizzes are so popular that we thought it was a good idea to run an event which gives people a bit of entertainment during the dark winter nights and raise funds for the charity. It was a brilliant night and we were overwhelmed by the generosity of the participants.”

We are so grateful for this wonderful contribution which will make a real difference to our work and is especially welcome this year.
“As the shockwaves of the Coronavirus pandemic are being felt in every community, the NSPCC is still here for children. It’s time for us to all work together to rebuild our society so it’s better for our children but this is only possible with support from the public.”
If anyone is interested in running a similar quiz or would like to discuss other fundraising opportunities, please contact NSPCC NI on 028 90351135 or email [email protected].
