Holiday bin collection arrangements announced for Mid and East Antrim

Holiday bin collection dates have been announced.

In Larne, residents who were due to get their blue, black or brown bins emptied on December 24 will now get their bin collected on December 19. Bins due to be collected on December 25 will now be emptied on December 21. Bins due to be emptied on January 1 will now be emptied on January 4.

In Carrickfergus, bins will still be collected on December 24. Meanwhile, residents who were due to have their blue, brown or black bin emptied on December 25 will now have it collected on December 19. Bins due to be collected on January 1 will now be collected on January 2.

Kerbside collection boxes will still be emptied in Carrick on December 24. Residents due to have their recycling collected on December 25 will now have it collected on December 27. There will be no collection on December 26. A normal collection will be conducted on December 28. Recycling due to be collected on January 1 will now be collected on January 2.
