Sheils Houses in Carrickfergus marked the Coronation of King Charles III with a ‘Tea and ‘Tiaras’ themed garden party.

The event was held in the historic grounds of the building at Larne Road on Monday, May 8.

It was funded through the Small Grants Programme from Mid and East Antrim Borough Council.

Joan Guiller, long term resident of Sheils Houses and holder of a BEM for her charity work. Joan is currently volunteering at the Drop Inn Ministries charity shop in Irish Quarter Carrickfergus and was the manager for several years.
