The fundraising drive has been given a huge boost with £2,000 already being handed over to the charity by Mallusk Harriers.

These funds were raised by its members who took part in a virtual 5k run during lockdown, as well as other local runners, including Anthony McKinley of the Albertville Harriers club who ran five times up Cave Hill.
