Newtownabbey police issue appeal to locate buggy owner
Police have issued an appeal on social media in a bid to trace the owner of a buggy.
The pushchair was located by a member of the public in the Three Mile Water Park.
A PSNI spokesperson said: “Contact any member of Newtownabbey NPT to arrange collection.”
