The Iveagh man’s journey to the top of the bodybuilding world has been filled with hard work, discipline and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
Ryan's success can be attributed to his commitment to his rigorous training regime and diet, all while being a self-employed personal trainer at Enhanced Health and Fitness in Banbridge, helping others in their own fitness journeys.
Ryan told the Chronicle: “I am holding my head high with what I have achieved in this year's competitive season.
“I didn't expect any of this, so I am over the moon with the progress I have made.”
He also credits his success to the support of his friends, family and coach.
Their encouragement and guidance have been instrumental in helping him reach his full potential.
Looking ahead, Ryan has his sights set on even greater accomplishments in the world of bodybuilding.
His goal is to continue working hard, competing and pushing himself to new heights within the sport.
But, for now, he says “it's time to chill with some well deserved down time”.
